By using the website https://restoranmegdan.com, you accept these terms of use. The website is provided for information purposes and presents the offering of JD Gastro Holding DOO Ogranak Restoran Megdan, Dunavska 2, 12000 Požarevac, Serbia.
We make every effort to ensure that all information on the website — the menu, prices, capacities and opening hours — is accurate and up to date. Our offering and prices are subject to change without prior notice.
The dishes shown are a selection from our menu. For the full menu and current prices, please contact the restaurant.
A table reservation request sent through the website is given the status “awaiting confirmation”. The reservation is confirmed only once our staff accept it, and we let you know by message (email or SMS, depending on the contact details you provided). If we cannot accept the request, you will receive a message stating the reason.
You can cancel a reservation via the link in the message or by phone. Please let us know of any cancellation in good time, especially for celebrations and larger groups.
An order sent through the website is a request that our staff accept, at which point they let you know the estimated preparation time. If the order is not accepted within a short time, it is cancelled automatically; in that case, please call us.
Payment is made in cash on delivery or collection: to the delivery driver for delivery orders, or at the till when you collect from the restaurant. The website does not collect any payment details. Orders can be placed only during the restaurant's opening hours, and dishes marked as unavailable cannot be ordered.
We deliver only to addresses in Požarevac, for orders of at least the minimum amount shown on the ordering page. The website does not accept addresses outside the town; if we cannot verify an address, our staff may call you before accepting the order.
The Megdan apartments are booked directly on this website or by phone. A request sent through the website becomes a booking once we confirm it, which you are told by email (unless the chosen dates say that the booking is confirmed at once). The price, the tourist tax where it applies, the check-in and check-out times and the deadline for cancelling through the link in your email are shown before you send the request and in the confirmation; after that deadline you can cancel by phone. Payment is on arrival.
